Minimum Wage Rate


Switzerland has a government mandated minimum wage rate and no worker in Switzerland can be paid less than this mandatory minimum rate of pay. Employers in Switzerland who fail to pay the minimum wage rate may be subject to punishment by Switzerland’s government. As per the latest reports, minimum wage rate differs from 2200 to 4200 Francs per month for unskilled workers and 2800 to 5300 Francs per month for skilled employees.
